Delete Account | Closed Test Pro

This page is the official web resource for requesting deletion of a Closed Test Pro account and associated personal data. You can use this page even if you have uninstalled the app.

Account deletion permanently removes your Closed Test Pro account access. This cannot be undone. Purchased listing credits and in-app progress will be lost.

How to request account deletion

Send an email from the address linked to your Closed Test Pro account:

Email closedtestpro@gmail.com
Use the subject line: Closed Test Pro account deletion request
Include in the message body:
- Your Google account email used to sign in to Closed Test Pro
- Optional: your display name as shown in the app
- A clear statement that you want your account and associated personal data deleted

Request account deletion by email

We aim to process valid deletion requests within 7 days (and no later than 30 days). We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before completing deletion.

Delete from inside the app

If you still have Closed Test Pro installed, you can also start a deletion request from the app:

Open Closed Test Pro
Go to Profile
Contact support / request account deletion using the same email process above

What we delete

When your deletion request is completed, we delete or permanently de-identify:

Your user account profile and sign-in identifiers tied to Closed Test Pro
Credits balances, sparks balances, and related account progress
Support chat messages associated with your account
Personal identifiers linked to your testing activity where reasonably possible

What we may retain

Some limited information may be retained only as required for security, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or accounting/tax records (for example purchase transaction records). Retained data is kept only as long as needed for those purposes and is not used for other product features.

Aggregated or anonymized statistics that cannot reasonably identify you may remain (for example total tester counts on an app listing).

If you submitted apps as an owner

Apps you uploaded may be deactivated or removed from active testing pools as part of account deletion. If you need a specific listing handled differently before deletion, mention that in your email request.
